Jeffrey M. Reiff
Jeffrey M. Reiff(Member) was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on
January 24, 1955. After graduating from American University (B.S.B.A.,
Marketing/Finance, magna cum laude, 1976), Mr. Reiff went on to complete
his J.D. at Temple University in 1979. His school memberships included
Tau Epsilon Rho, Phi Alpha Delta, Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Alpha Theta.
Mr. Reiff's bar admissions include: Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court,
Eastern District of Pennsylvania and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit
in 1979; U.S. Supreme Court in 1994; and New York in 2001. Mr. Reiff believes in working hard to advance the greater good for his clients and for all of society and believes that whenever law ends, tyranny begins. He and his family are actively engaged in a multitude of charitable and social causes.
After internships at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and the Philadelphia Public Defender's Office where Mr. Reiff learned the basics of trying cases and courtroom etiquette, he continued to develop and hone his legal skills at the prominent trial law firm of Adler, Barish, Daniels, Levin and Creskoff and then became a partner in the law firms of Sablosky, Wertheimer and Reiff and Mozenter, Goldberg, Durst and Reiff prior to founding his own firm. He has tirelessly worked to represent individuals and organizations locally, nationally and Internationally. He combines a meticulous and exhaustive capacity to work hard and think out of the box to identify creative solutions to difficult problems to achieve maximum justice for his clients. He is known as a skillful, tough and masterful negotiator who has earned his respect by playing fair and honest and not forgetting his humble beginnings where a handshake meant something.
In addition to his busy practice, Mr. Reiff serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and actively mediates and resolves complex person injury matters. He is also frequently nominated by other lawyers and Judges to be a Mediator/Arbitrator in alternative dispute resolution matters

Raymond M. Bily, Jr.
Raymond M. Bily, Jr. (Member) was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
on March 8, 1954. At American University, he completed his Bachelor
of Arts in 1975 and his M.P.A. in 1977. After completing his J.D. at
the University of Baltimore in 1985, he went on to the U.S. Army Command
and General Staff College. He then served as law clerk for the Honorable
Milton B. Allen at the Circuit Court, Baltimore Maryland. His bar admissions
include: Pennsylvania in 1985; U.S. Army Court of Military Review in
1986; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, in 1992;
U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, in 1994; and U.S. Court of Armed
Forces in 1995.

On May 13, 2005 Raymond Bily,a Lieutenant Colonel with the Pennsylvania
National Guard, was robed as a military judge and attended an investiture
ceremony at the U.S. Army Judge Advocate School and Legal Center, Charlottesville,
Virginia. On the same date he was appointed military judge for the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.

Linda McGrier
Linda McGrier was born in Chester, Pennsylvania on December 25, 1954.
She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Honors and in Sociology
from Beaver College (Arcadia University) in 1976. She participated in
the Foreign Studies Program in London, Fall 1974; and in the Harrisburg
Urban Semester, Spring 1975. Her school memberships included the Steering
Committee for the Association of Beaver College Blacks. Ms. McGrier
received her Master of Social Science Degree in Social Policy and Program
Development from the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work
and Social Research in 1981. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from
the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1986. Her law school memberships
included the Law School Admissions Subcommittee, the Public Interest
Law Conference Planning Committee and the Black Law Students Union.
Ms. McGrier interned for the Honorable A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr., at
the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. After graduating
from Law School Ms. McGrier served the City of Philadelphia in the Law
Department’s Health and Human Services Litigation Unit. She subsequently
joined the faculty at Rowan College as an Assistant Professor of Law/Justice.
Her bar admissions include: The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the
United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Linda McGrier serves as General Manager for Ilyasah Shabazz Enterprises.
In April of 2004, she accompanied Ms. Shabazz on her historic journey
to Egypt and the Middle East as she retraced the footsteps of her father,
El Hajj Malik Shabazz, Malcolm X. In March of 2006, she participated
with Ms. Shabazz as a member of the United States delegation attending
the Women’s Summit in Belize, Central America. Ms. McGrier currently
maintains adjunct status at Rowan College.
She practices Personal Injury, Real Estate and Estate Administration
Law.
Michael J. Davey
Michael J. Davey was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, January 25,
1981. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of
Maryland, College Park in 2001. He received his Juris Doctor Degree
from The Pennsylvania State University-Dickinson School of Law in 2005.
At The Pennsylvania State University-Dickinson School of Law International
Law Review, he was the Senior Editor from 2004-2005. He was also the
Regional Champion at the 2005 National Moot Court Trial Competition.
